What is Product Therapy?
Product Therapy is a peer-led meetup series where product professionals gather for honest, off-the-record conversations about the real challenges they face in their roles. There are no presentations, no pitches, and no fluff — just meaningful conversations among peers navigating similar issues in product management, leadership, and growth.
Born in Montreal and now available in Toronto and Ottawa, Product Therapy is part of Peer Therapy, a broader initiative that supports community-led conversations in disciplines like Product Management, UX, engineering management, and more.
Our Format:
Each session brings together 12 – 30 product professionals and offers,
- Structured prompts to help participants focus on topics they want to explore
or challenges they are facing - A supportive space where everyone feels safe and encouraged to participate
- Peer-to-peer discussions in small group
