Self-Employment vs. employee. Which one would you choose?

Lynne (Yu-Fang) Lin has more than a decade of corporate management experience in Canada. During the same period, she gradually ventured into real estate management for the last 20 years, with properties extending from Quebec and Ontario to California. More recently, during the last 4 years, she has devoted majority of her time in establishing her management consulting firm. Having worked and experienced both corporate employment and self-employment, she likes to share her views why one would choose one over the other and factors to consider before you make that decision.

Lynne (Yu-Fang) Lin a plus d’une décennie d’expérience en gestion d’entreprise au Canada. À la même époque, elle avait tenté sa chance en gestion immobilière. Cela fait 20 ans qu’elle gère des propriétés immobilières du Québec, en passant par l’Ontario, jusqu’en Californie. Dans les 4 dernières années, elle a consacré la majeure partie de son temps à bâtir son entreprise de consultation en gestion. Elle va partager avec nous son expérience d’employée et d’entrepreneuse.
