Introducing Indoor Advanced Positioning at the CENGN 5G Advanced Living Lab

Powered by Ericsson 5G technology, the CENGN 5G Advanced Living Lab provides access to 5G spectrum and configurations not yet commercially available in Canada. Located in Invest Ottawa’s Bayview Yards facility, the Living Lab enables Canadian startups and scaleups to test and validate their solutions on experimental spectrum allocations and advanced Ericsson network setups.

By integrating Ericsson’s new Indoor Advanced Positioning technology, organizations can leverage a CENGN project to validate their solutions targeting the following use cases:
• Mobile Robot Navigation
• Work-in-Progress, Production, and Asset Tracking
• Geofencing
• Real-Time Spatial Information
• Augmented Reality
• Indoor Wayfinding
• Occupancy Analytics and Visitor Management

This Demo Will Include…
• An introduction to the CENGN Living Lab Initiative and how your organization can take part in a CENGN Living Lab Project
• Information on Ericsson’s Indoor Advanced Positioning service, followed by a live demo showcasing the technology’s capabilities at Bayview Yards
• A special presentation by Canadian company, WeTraq, on how they are leveraging the Living Lab and its Indoor Advanced Positioning service to bring their patient safety and monitoring solution to the next level.
