The focus is on clear, manageable steps that save time without losing the personal touch your customers value.

What we’ll cover:

• AI-assisted customer support: Work through a real customer-question example to see how AI can draft helpful answers using your business information, and learn when a person should step in.
• Social messaging automation: See a simple example of automatically sending customers the information they request through social messaging.
• Building your own workflow: Choose a recurring task from your own business and map out how to make it easier.

You’ll leave with:

• A one-page workflow worksheet for your chosen task.
• A plan for a small, manageable test you can run in your business.
