Naomi Morisawa De Koven is the managing lawyer of MDK Business Law. She regularly advises entrepreneurs and knowledge-based businesses on legal issues relating to corporate/commercial, financing and M&A transactions. Currently she is a director of TiE Ottawa, Mindtrust Leadership and Eastern Ontario Regional Laboratory Association.
Justin Clory is an articling student of MDK Business Law. He graduated from UOttawa Common Law in June 2021. As an articling student, Justin has received experience in many different client matters in order to discover which area in business law will be his passion. In his spare time he enjoys creating things, and recently built a live edge desk.
