Join employment lawyer Travis Ujjainwalla of Mann Lawyers to learn about the world of employment contracts in Ontario. Travis will cover topics including-

About the speaker:
Travis is a member of the firm’s Employment, Human Rights, and Labour group and represents clients on litigation matters including, wrongful dismissals, constructive dismissals, human rights claims, and employee grievances.
He gives advice on various pieces of legislation including the Employment Standards Act, the Labour Relations Act, the Ontario Human Rights Code, the Canada Labour Code, the Canadian Human Rights Act, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, and the Personal Information and Electronics Act. Travis also provides advice on employer rights under Collective Agreements.
After receiving his LL.B. from the National University of Ireland Galway, he was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017.
